Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour, extra for coating
  • 1-pound breakfast sausage
  • 4 hardboiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Oil for misting or cooking spray
  • Crumb Coating
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup flour
  • Ninja 11-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker - OL550

Directions

  1. Mix flour with sausage and mix thoroughly.
  2. Divide into 4 equal portions and mold each around a hardboiled egg so the sausage completely covers the egg.
  3. In a suitable bowl, beat the raw egg and water.
  4. Dip sausage-covered eggs in the remaining flour, then the egg mixture, then roll in the crumb coating.

  7. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
  8. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
  9. Air Fry at 180°C for around 10 minutes. Spray eggs, turn, and spray other side.
  10. Continue air frying for another 15 minutes or until sausage is well done.
