Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour, extra for coating
- 1-pound breakfast sausage
- 4 hardboiled eggs, peeled
- 1 raw egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- Oil for misting or cooking spray
- Crumb Coating
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup flour

Directions
- Mix flour with sausage and mix thoroughly.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and mold each around a hardboiled egg so the sausage completely covers the egg.
- In a suitable bowl, beat the raw egg and water.
- Dip sausage-covered eggs in the remaining flour, then the egg mixture, then roll in the crumb coating.

- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Air Fry at 180°C for around 10 minutes. Spray eggs, turn, and spray other side.
- Continue air frying for another 15 minutes or until sausage is well done.
