Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- cheese
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 link cooked turkey sausage
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- chopped (about 2 ounces)
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- Olive oil

Directions
- Place the cooker's pot in your pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and set a reversible rack inside.
- Layer Cook &
- Crisp Basket with parchment paper and lightly coat the paper with olive oil.
- In a suitable bowl, whisk 2 of the eggs with the water, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Add the coconut flour, breaking up any lumps with your hands as you add it to the bowl.
- Blend the egg mixture before adding the coconut flour. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir. Give the mixture some time to rest so that it becomes thick and dough-like.
- Transfer the mixture to the Cook &
- Crisp Basket. Use a spatula to spread it evenly and slightly up the sides of the Cook &
- Crisp Basket.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Cook on "Air Fry" Mode until the crust is set but still light in color, about 10 minutes. Top with chesses, sausage, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Break the remaining 2 eggs into a suitable bowl, then slide them onto the pizza. Return the pizza to your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Cook on "Air Fry" Mode at 200°C for about 14 minutes until the egg whites are set and the yolks are desired doneness. Top with the scallions and allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
