Blueberry Pie Smoothie Bowl

All of your favorite flavors of a warn blueberry pie in a cool and refreshing frozen treat. Sweet blueberries are cooked and then blended with warn spices and topped with crunchy granola. Enjoy for breakfast or whip up a batch for dessert. Blueberries not in season? Try raspberries, strawberries, or even apples!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup vegan granola (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the fresh blueberries in the blender pitcher.
  2. Select SAUTE.
  3. Add the frozen blueberries, bananas, oats, almond milk, almond butter, and cinnamon, then select SMOOTHIE.
  4. Pour into two glasses.
  5. If using, top each glass with¼ cup granola,¼ cup fresh blueberries, and½ tablespoon almond butter. Enjoy!
