Ingredients
- 1⅓ cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2/3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
- Ninja 11-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker - OL550
Directions
- In a suitable bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix cooking oil with egg, and milk and mix well.
- Add egg mixture to dry recipe ingredients and stir just until moistened.
- Gently stir in blueberries.
- Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups.
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Place 4 muffin cups in "cook &
- crisp basket".
- Put on th Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Air fry at 165°C for around 12 to 14 minutes or until tops spring back when touched lightly.
- Repeat previous step to cook remaining muffins.
