Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey or preferred sweetener of choice
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300
Directions
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
- Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Select the 'Smoothie Bowl' program and start the machine.
- Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
