Ingredients
- 300 g mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 30 g plain flour
- 20 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- Whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
- 240 ml milk
- 50 g granulated sugar, plus 2 tablespoons
- 30 g scone mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Cooking spray
- 50 g desiccated, sweetened coconut

Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 205°C.
- Filling: In a round baking pan, gently mix the berries, sugar, corn flour, and lemon juice until thoroughly combined.
- Topping: In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats, and sugar. Stir the butter into the flour mixture until the mixture has the consistency of breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the topping over the berries.
- Put the pan in the zone 1 air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack.
- Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
- Place all ingredients except coconut in a medium bowl.
- Using a hand mixer, beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 165°C.
- Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and place pan in the zone 2 air fryer basket.
- Pour filling into pan and sprinkle coconut over top.
- Cook pie for 20 to 23 minutes or until center sets.
