Ingredients
- Shrimp
- 1 cup corn starch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 to 1 cup buttermilk
- Cooking oil spray
- 1 large egg whisked with 1 teaspoon water
- Sauce
- 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon sriracha, or to taste
- Pinch dried dill weed

Directions
- Season the corn starch with salt and pepper in a wide, shallow bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the shrimp in the buttermilk to coat them.
- Dredge the shrimp in the seasoned corn starch.
- Brush with the egg wash after spraying with cooking oil.
- Place a crisper plate in each drawer. Place the shrimp in a single layer in each. You may need to cook in batches.
- Select zone 1, then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 180°C with a 5- minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
- Meanwhile, combine all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Remove the shrimp when the cooking time is over.
