Ingredients
- 1 onion, blended
- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
- 8 pieces of cut chicken pieces
- 1 carrot, cut into 2-inch length
- 1 pack (200g) of Ayam Masak Merah paste
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- ½ cup of green peas
- 2 tablespoons of crispy fried shallots
- 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

Directions
- Place the chicken into a big batch container.
- Pour in the blended ingredients and rub it over the chicken pieces.
- Put the carrots around the chicken.
- Attach CRISPi Power Pod to container, press AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 20 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
- Remove the Power pod. Pour in the Ayam Masak Merah paste and yogurt. Stir till mixed well.
- Reattach the Power Pod back on and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with green peas, cherry tomatoes and crispy fried shallots and coriander leaves.
- Serve and enjoy.
