Delivery may take longer under the following circumstances:

  • Orders consist of Accessories & Tools only
  • Items are temporarily out of stock
  • Delivery information provided is incomplete
  • Applicable delivery surcharges are not included at checkout
  • Changes are requested for the order or delivery details
  • During festive periods or store promotions
  • Due to unforeseen factors such as accidents, traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

 

DELIVERY SURCHARGE

If an item cannot fit into a lift, cannot be transported via lift, or if there is no lift access, delivery will be carried out via stairs. A fee of HKD 50 per floor, per parcel will apply. Please add the Staircase Delivery Fee to your cart before checkout based on the number of floors.

For village house locations, an additional surcharge may apply if the delivery vehicle cannot access the property directly. This fee will be assessed on-site.

For deliveries to remote areas in Hong Kong, a surcharge of HKD 80 per shipment will be applied at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to issues like an incorrect address, use of a PO Box, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we can arrange for it to be sent out again once it is received back at our end. Please note that re-delivery charges will apply, and any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
