Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh (250–300g), cut into 3cm cubes
- 1 leek, cut into 3cm pieces
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp potato starch
- Shichimi togarashi, optional
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- Mix sauce ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, sugar, starch) in a bowl.
- Place chicken skin side down in container with leek pieces. Sprinkle salt.
- Cook in 
- Airfry 
- mode for 10 min.
- Brush sauce on chicken and leek, flip both, brush again.
- Cook in 
- Airfry 
- mode for 5 min.
- Brush remaining sauce over chicken. Sprinkle shichimi if desired.
