Tomato Cheese Meatballs

Ingredients
- 300g ground pork (or mixed beef and pork)
- 1/2 onion (minced) 
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp potato starch 
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 300g store-bought tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50g shredded cheese 
- Parsley, black pepper to finish
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- Mix all ingredients for meatballs in a bowl until sticky. 
- Add tomato sauce and olive oil to a glass container. 
- Form the mixture into about twenty meatballs and place them on top.
- Set to "Air Fry" for 15 minutes and press "START". 
- Turn over halfway through cooking. 
- Set to "Air Fry" again for 10 minutes and press "START". 
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over cooked meatballs. 
- Set to "Air Fry" again for 3 minutes and press "START". 
- Finish by sprinkling black pepper and chopped parsley.
