Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (about 12 slices) reduced - sodium bacon
  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 tablespoons mayo
  • Salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the Cook &

  3. Spread the bacon strips in a single layer in your Ninja Foodi Cook &
  4. Crisp Basket.
  5. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
  6. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
  7. Cook on at 175°C "Air Fry" Mode for about 10 minutes.
  8. Spread a tablespoon of mayo on each of the lettuce leaves and top with the tomatoes and cooked bacon. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Roll the lettuce leaves as you would a burrito, securing with a toothpick if desired.
