- 1/3 cup 1-inch cubes Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup unsalted chicken stock
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil, stems removed
- 1 garlic clove, peeled

Directions
