- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
- Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Place the eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper into the blender pitcher in the order listed.
- Select MEDIUM and blend for about 30 seconds, until the eggs are uniform and frothy.
- Once the butter has melted, pour the egg mixture into the preheated pan. Stir with a wooden spoon, scraping the bottom as you go, until all the eggs are cooked, and no visible liquid remains.
