Teriyaki Salmon & Steak

Ingredients
- 2 slabs of marinated steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 200g salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 to 3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice (washed)
- 1.5 cup water
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL451
Directions
- Chop up some of our favorite vegetables, blanche them, spread them out at the base and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Fix the rack in and then place two slabs of marinated steaks. Air Fry steaks at 200°C for 8 mins (Medium Rare), 
- 8-10 minutes (Medium), 10-12 minutes (Medium-Well), 12-14 minutes (Well Done)
- Place marinated teriyaki salmon pieces and the rack above it.
- Prep the rice in a small baking tin or foil tin with a ratio of 1:1.5 cup water.
- Cover it with aluminum foil and place it in the basket on top of the rack.
- Set the timer to 25 minutes and at a temperature of 195°
- Take out the salmon after 10mins cooking and rest rice for the rest 15mins cooking
- Voila! Dinner is now served!
