Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon tandoori seasoning
- 1 drop of red food coloring, if needed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 pieces of whole thigh, make slits
- 2 limes
- 1/2 onion, cut into rings
- 1 stalk of coriander leaves, plucked
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- Mix the tandoori powder, red coloring, yogurt and salt. Rub over the chicken thighs. Marinade for an hour.
- Attach Power Pod to container, press ROAST illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
- Once ready, place raw onion rings and sliced lime ads condiments. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
- Delicious with raita.
