Sweet And Sour Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients

- Store-bought fried chicken
- A - 1/4 
- Onion (cut into 
- 2 cm 
- wedges)
- A - 1/2 
- Bell pepper (cut into 
- 2 cm 
- strips, halved lengthwise)
- A - 2 Green pepper (roughly chopped)
- A - two pinches 
- Leek
- A - 1 teaspoon 
- Salad oil
- B - 180 ml 
- Water
- B - 1½ tablespoons 
- Soy sauce
- B - 1½ tablespoons 
- Sake
- B - 2 tablespoons 
- Vinegar
- B - 3 tablespoons 
- Sugar
- B - 1 teaspoon 
- Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 tablespoon 
- Potato starch (for slurry)
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- In a glass container, mix all ingredients labeled A. Add the store-bought fried chicken.
- Set the cooker 
- to 
- "Reheat mode" for 10 minutes and press "START" to begin cooking.
- When done, open the lid and mix everything well.
- Set the cooker again to "Reheat mode" for 5 minutes and press "START" to reheat.
- To make the sweet and sour sauce, 
- reduce the sauce ingredients over medium heat 
- on 
- a pan.
- Once heated, pour the sauce into the glass container and mix thoroughly to coat everything.
