Simple Swiss Cheese Fondue

A little bit retro and a lot bit gooey, this Simple Swiss Cheese Fondue has just 5 simple ingredients. Toss the ingredients in the Foodi™Blender and voila, you will return to a pitcher of piping-hot cheesy goodness. To serve, pour the fondue in a serving bowl alongside a variety of things to dunk and some toothpicks for easy dipping. I like to serve this fondue with bread cubes and veggies, but you can also serve it with fruits, like apples and pears. In addition to being a great dip, you can use this recipe as a cheesy topping for your favorite roasted veggies.

  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages sliced Swiss cheese, torn in halves
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

  1. Place wine, garlic, lemon juice, Swiss cheese, and corn starch into the blender pitcher in the order listed
  2. Select SAUCE/DIP.
