Ingredients
- 4 tbsp light cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 fresh red chilies pepper, chopped
- Salt, as required
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and beat until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 greased soufflé dishes.
- Press either "Zone 1" and "Zone 2" of Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer and then rotate the knob to select "Air Fry".
- Set the temperature to 200°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
- After preheating, arrange soufflé dishes into the basket.
- Slide basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 8 minutes.
- After cooking time is completed, remove the soufflé dishes from the Air Fryer and serve warm.
