Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2, lightly beaten
  • Lump crabmeat - 900g
  • Cajun seasoning - 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Red bell pepper - 1, chopped
  • Green onion - 4 tbsp, sliced
  • All-purpose flour - 60g
  • Breadcrumbs – 60g
  • Mayonnaise - 115 g
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add crabmeat and remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Make equal shapes of patties from the crabmeat mixture.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half the patties in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, and then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 10 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
