- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of chopped Chinese celery, for garnish

Directions
- Make an indentation on a frozen roti Canai.
- Place the roti Canai on the crisper plate in a big batch container.
- Break an egg over the minced beef.
- Attach Power Pod to container, press AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 6 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
- Sprinkle with chopped slices of Chinese celery when serving.
