Ingredients
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
- 225g (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 garlic clove, roasted and peeled
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh sage
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 4 (285g to 340g) rib eye steaks
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, roasted garlic, salt, pepper, shallot, parsley, sage, and rosemary until the herbs are fully and evenly incorporated into the butter.
- Cover the butter and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks into the air fryer basket. Roast at 200°C for 4 minutes.
- Using tongs, flip the steaks and roast for 4 minutes more. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness. For medium-rare, cook to an internal temperature of 55°C, or for medium, 60°C.
- Place a dab of the butter on each steak. (Keep any remaining herb butter in the refrigerator for up to two days.)
