Ingredients
- 5 boneless chicken thighs
- 3 cups pretzels, crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 10 deli honey ham, slices
- 5 Swiss cheese slices
- Cooking spray
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Grind pretzels in a food processor.
- Pound the chicken tights with a mallet.
- Top each chicken piece with one cheese slice and 2 ham slices.
- Roll the chicken pieces and secure with a toothpick.
- Dip the rolls in the eggs and coat with the breadcrumbs.
- Place these rolls in the air fryer baskets.
- Spray them with cooking oil.
- Return the air fryer basket 1 to Zone 1, and basket 2 to Zone 2 of the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer.
- Choose the "Air Fry" mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 190°C and 26 minutes of cooking time.
- Select the "MATCH COOK" option to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/PAUSE BUTTON.
- Flip the rolls once cooked halfway through.
- Serve warm.
