Ingredients
- ¼ pound pork sausage
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 20 foil muffin cups
- Cooking spray
- 4 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- Ninja 11-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker - OL550
Directions
- Divide sausage into 3 portions and shape each into a thin patty.
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Place patties in "cook &
- crisp basket". Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Cook at 200°C for 6 minutes.
- While sausage is cooking, prepare the egg mixture. A suitable measuring cup or bowl with a poring lip works best. Mix the eggs and milk and mix until well blended. Set aside.
- When sausage has cooked fully, remove patties from basket, drain well, and use a fork to crumble the meat into small pieces.
- Double the foil cups into 10 sets. Remove paper liners from the top muffin cups and grease the foil cups with cooking spray.
- Divide crumbled sausage among the 10 muffin cup sets.
- Top each with grated cheese evenly among the cups.
- Place 5 cups in "cook &
- crisp basket".
- Pour egg mixture into each cup, filling until each cup is at least 2/3 full.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Cook at 200°C for around 8 minutes and test for doneness. A knife inserted into the center shouldn't have any raw egg on it when removed.
- If needed, cook 1 to 2 more minutes, until egg completely sets.
- Repeat to cook the remaining quinches.
