Ingredients
- Tilapia fillets - 4
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Basil - 15g
- Olive oil - 120ml
- Parmesan cheese, shredded - 2 tbsp
- Pine nuts - 4 tbsp
- Garlic. cloves - 2
- Pepper
- Salt
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Brush fish fillets with oil and season with pepper and salt.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the fish fillets in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 10 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Add all pesto ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour pesto over the cooked fish fillets and serve.
