Ingredients

  • Tilapia fillets - 4
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Basil - 15g
  • Olive oil - 120ml
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded - 2 tbsp
  • Pine nuts - 4 tbsp
  • Garlic. cloves - 2
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Brush fish fillets with oil and season with pepper and salt.
  2. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the fish fillets in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 10 minutes.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  6. Add all pesto ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  7. Pour pesto over the cooked fish fillets and serve.
