Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounces) pizza dough ball
- Olive oil
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ¾ cup grated mozarella cheese
- ½ cup thick sliced pepperoni
- ⅓ cup sliced pickled hot banana peppers
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons honey

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Cut out a piece of foil the same size as the bottom of the Ninja Foodi Pressure Steam Fryer basket. Brush the foil circle with olive oil. Shape the prepared dough into a circle and place it on top of the foil. Dock the prepared dough by piercing it several times with a fork. Brush the prepared dough with olive oil and transfer it into the "cook and crisp basket" with the foil on the bottom.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Air-fry the plain pizza dough at 200°C for around 6 minutes. Turn the prepared dough over, remove the aluminium foil and brush again with olive oil. Air-fry for an additional 4 minutes.
- Spread the pizza sauce on top of the prepared dough and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with the pepperoni, pepper slices and dried oregano.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Adjust the cooking temperature to 175°C.
- Cook for around 8 minutes, until the cheese has melted and browned. Transfer the prepared pizza to a cutting board and drizzle with the honey. Slice and serve.
