Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  2. Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer. Mix the salt, baking soda, ginger and flour in a suitable mixing bowl. In a separate bowl crack, the egg into it. Add butter and heavy cream. Mix well using a hand mixer. Mix the liquid and dry mixtures and stir until smooth. Pour the pancake mixture into the Ninja Foodi Pressure Steam Fryer basket. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
  3. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
  4. Cook the pancake hash at 200°C for around 4 minutes. After this, scramble the pancake hash well and continue to cook for another 5 minutes more. When dish is cooked, transfer it to serving plates, and serve hot!
