Ingredients
- 4 postulate rolls
- 1 teaspoon butter
- ¼ cup diced fresh mushrooms
- ½ teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 4 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon milk

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Cut a small rectangle in the top of each roll and scoop out center, leaving ½ inch shell on the sides and bottom.
- Place butter, mushrooms, and drird onion in the Cook &
- Crisp Basket.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Cook at 200°C for around 1 minute. Stir and cook for 3 more minutes.
- In a suitable bowl, beat the eggs, salt, dill, parsley, and milk. Pour mixture into basket with mushrooms.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Air Fry the eggs at 200°C for 2 minutes. Stir. Continue cooking for around 3 or 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until eggs are scrambled to your liking.
- Remove basket from Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and fill rolls with scrambled egg mixture.
- Place filled rolls in "cook &
- crisp basket". Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Air Fry at 200°C for 2 to 3 minutes or until rolls are browned.
