Ingredients
- 7-ounces chicken
- 7-ounces pork
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Mix the pork, chicken, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, basil, coriander, nutmeg, sea salt, and egg. Add the coconut flour and mix the mixture well to mix. Make medium-sized sausages with the meat mixture. Grease the inside of the Ninja Foodi Pressure Steam Fryer basket with the olive oil. Place prepared sausages into the "cook &
- crisp basket" and place inside of Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Cook the sausages at 180°C for around 6 minutes. Tum the sausages over.
- Cook for around 6 minutes more. Serve warm.
