Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 1 large red, yellow, or orange pepper, cut into four ¾ inch rings
  • 2 tsp salsa
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 176°C. Lightly spray two baking pans with olive oil
  2. Place 4 bell pepper rings on the two pans. Crack one egg into each bell pepper ring. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Spoon ½ tsp of salsa on top of each egg.
  4. Place the two pans in the two air fryer drawers. Air fry until the yolk is slightly runny, 5 to 6 minutes or until the yolk is fully cooked, 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
