Ingredients
- 1 box store-bought puff pastry
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Salt, pinch
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Put the puff pastry dough on a clean work surface.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, brown sugar, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Press this mixture into both sides of the dough.
- Now, cut the pastry into 1" x 4" strips.
- Twist 2 times from each end.
- Place the strips into the air fryer baskets.
- Select zone 1 to AIR FRY mode at 200°C for 9-10 minutes.
- Select MATCH for zone 2 basket.
- Once cooked, serve and enjoy.
