Ingredients
- 2 boneless pork chops (~150g each)
- 1 stalk lemongrass, finely minced (white part only)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Optional: 1 tsp lime juice or zest
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Marinate pork chops in all ingredients for at least 1 hour, preferably up to overnight.
- Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry pork chops at 180°C for 12–15 mins, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- In second basket, air fry broccolini at 180°C for 7–8 mins until edges are crisp.
- Serve together with rice or your favorite carb!
