Ingredients

  • Sea scallops - 450g
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Tarragon - 1/2 tbsp, minced
  • Garlic cloves - 2, minced
  • Lemon juice - Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix scallops, olive oil, tarragon, garlic, pepper, and salt until well coated.
  2. Install a crisper elate in both drawers, then place half the scallops in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Air Fly, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 5 minutes.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 setting to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  6. Drizzle lemon juice over scallops and serve.
