Ingredients
- 2-3 pcs (500g) stingray
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Banana leaves (optional) as needed
- 6 limes, squeezed
- 3 candlenuts
- 3 shallots, peeled and sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
- 2.5-cm knob ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 5 pcs of red chilli
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Drizzle lime juice over the stingray.
- Prepare ground paste by combining all ingredients into a Ninja® blender and process into a fine paste.
- Marinate fish with paste. Set aside for at least 1 hour.
- On the SmartLid™, move slider to AIR FRY/HOB mode and select GRILL function. Grill fish on top of a banana leaf (if desired) for 15 minutes in the crisp basket. Brush with leftover marinade.
- Open the lid to check for when fish starts to brown. Continue grilling for about 5 minutes until the fish is cooked.
- Dish out and serve with cooked rice. Best served with sambal kicap and sambal belacan.
