Ingredients
- 52g onion, sliced
- 71g broccoli florets
- 116g radishes, sliced
- 15ml olive oil
- 100g Brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 325g cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pepper
- Salt
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- In a bowl, toss veggies with oil, vinegar, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
- Insert a crisper plate in the Ninja Foodi air fryer baskets.
- Add veggies in both baskets.
- Select zone 1 then select "air fry" mode and set the temperature to 190°C for 15 minutes. Press "match" to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press "start/stop" to begin. Stir halfway through.
