Ingredients

  • ¾ cup yellow cornmeal
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • Ninja 11-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker - OL550

Directions

  1. Place the Cook &
  2. Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
  3. In a suitable bowl, stir the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add egg, oil, and milk to dry recipe ingredients and mix well.
  5. Stir in shredded cheese and diced ham.
  6. Divide batter among the muffin cups.
  7. Place 4 filled muffin cups in "cook &
  8. crisp basket". Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Air-fry 200°C for around 5 minutes.
  9. Reduce temperature to 165°C and cook for around 1 to 2 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
  10. Repeat to cook remaining muffins.
