Garlic Knots

Ingredients
- 453g 
- prepared pizza dough, room temperature 
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces 
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic 
- Kosher salt, as desired 
- Ground black pepper, as desired 
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped 
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- Divide pizza dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a 6-inch rope then tie into a knot and 
- allow 
- to rest for 5 minutes. 
- Place butter, garlic, salt and pepper in the bottom of the Big Batch Container, add the crisper plate on 
- top 
- and then place knots on top of the crisper plate ensuring they are evenly spaced. 
- Place the adapter on the container, then install the 
- CRISPi 
- PowerPod 
- in the adapter. Press MODE until 
- ROAST 
- illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking. 
- When desired doneness is achieved, remove crisper plate allowing knots to fall into 
- butter 
- mixture. 
- Toss knots to coat in butter mixture, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh chopped basil, and serve while warm.
