French Toast With Kaya, Luncheon Meat Fries, Otak Otak And Soft Boiled Egg

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 White bread, sliced into half
  • 80g Luncheon Meat, sliced into sticks
  • 180g Otak-Otak
  • 2 tbsp Kaya Jam
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Beat an egg and coat all bread slices well with the egg mixture. Set aside for Step 4.
  2. In the lower layer of the top basket of the Ninja DoubleStack™ XL Airfryer, lay out the sliced luncheon meat sticks.
  3. Place the otak-otak on a baking paper and add on the metal tray as the upper layer of the top basket.
  4. In the lower layer of the bottom basket, lay out the toasts from Step 1 on a baking paper.
  5. Add on the metal tray as the upper layer of the bottom basket before placing 2 raw eggs on it.
  6. Set the top basket to "Air Fry" mode at 180°C for 15 minutes, while the bottom basket to "Air Fry" mode at 180°C for 5 minutes. Then click "Sync" and "Start".
  7. Plate the hearty breakfast with Kaya and enjoy!
