Delicious Presto Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 8 slices French bread, ½ inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 110g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 120g basil pesto
  • 155g sliced grape tomatoes
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Spread the bread with the butter and place butter-side up in the air fryer basket. Bake at 175°C for 3 to 5 minutes or until the bread is light golden brown.
  2. Remove the bread from the basket and top each piece with some of the cheese. Return to the basket in batches and bake until the cheese melt, about 1 to 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the pesto, tomatoes, and green onions in a small bowl.
  4. When the cheese has melted, remove the bread from the air fryer and place on a serving plate. Top each slice with some of the pesto mixture and serve.
