Curried Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 (425g) can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Drain the chickpeas thoroughly and spread them in a single layer on paper towels. Cover with another paper towel and press gently to remove extra moisture. Don't press too hard, or you'll crush the chickpeas.
  2. Mix curry powder and salt together.
  3. Place the chickpeas in a medium bowl and sprinkle with seasonings. Stir well to coat.
  4. Add olive oil and stir again to distribute oil.
  5. Air fry at 200°C for 15 minutes, stopping to shake the basket about halfway through cooking time.
  6. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
