Ingredients

  • Potatoes, peel &
  • cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 450 g
  • Red sweet pepper, diced -
  • Onion, diced - 1/2
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss potatoes with sweet pepper, onion, pepper, oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  2. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half the potato mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Air Fiy, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 15 minutes.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  6. Stir the potato mixture halfway through.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
