Ingredients

  • Egg - 1
  • Haddock fillets - 450g
  • Seafood seasoning - 1 tsp
  • Flour - 120g
  • Olive oil -1 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs - 60g
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk the egg.
  2. Add flour to a plate.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, breadcrumbs, seafood, seasoning, pepper, and salt.
  4. Brush fish fillets with oil. Coat each fish fillet with flour, dip it in egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
  5. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the fish fillets in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  6. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 10 minutes.
  7. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  8. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
