Ingredients
- 30g pork rinds, finely ground
- 25g blanched finely ground almond flour
- I/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- I large egg
- 455g cod fillet, cut into 3/4" strips

Directions
- Place ground pork rinds, almond flour, Old Bay seasoning, and coconut oil into a large bowl and mix together. In a medium bowl, whisk egg.
- Dip each fish stick into the egg and then gently press into the flour mixture, coating as fully and evenly as possible. Place the fish sticks into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden.
- Serve immediately.
