Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole milk 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/2 
  • cup 
  • seasoned 
  • bread crumbs 
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions 
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • Kosher salt, as desired 
  • Ground black pepper, as desired 
  • 907g 
  • 90/10 lean ground beef 
  • Glaze: 
  • 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons light brown sugar 
  • Ninja CRISPi - FN101

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, 
  2. bread crumbs, fried onions, and seasonings. Mix until completely combined with a paste-like consistency. Add ground beef and mix to combine. Shape mixture into a 2-inch thick loaf. 
  3. Place crisper plate in the large Big Batch Container, then place meatloaf on top. 
  4. Place the adapter on the container, then install the 
  5. CRISPi 
  6. PowerPod 
  7. in the adapter. Press MODE until 
  8. ROAST 
  9. illuminates, set time to 40 minutes, and press START to begin cooking. 
  10. Prepare glaze by combining all 
  11. glaze 
  12. ingredients in a small bowl. Mix until brown sugar 
  13. has 
  14. completely dissolved. 
  15. When 5 minutes 
  16. remain 
  17. on the timer, remove 
  18. PowerPod 
  19. and brush half the glaze over the meatloaf. Replace 
  20. PowerPod 
  21. and press START resume cooking. 
  22. When cooking is complete, allow meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with remaining glaze.
