Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 whole 6-inch pitas, whole grain or white
- oil for misting or cooking spray
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- Cut each pita in half and each half into 4 wedges. Break apart each wedge at the fold.
- Mist one side of pita wedges with oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle them all with half of the cinnamon sugar.
- Turn the wedges over, mist the other side with oil or cooking spray, and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Place pita wedges in air fryer basket and air fry at 165°C for 2 minutes.
- Shake the basket and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Shake again, and if needed cook 1 or 2 more minutes, until crisp. Watch carefully because at this point they will cook very quickly.
