Ingredients

  • I90g all-purpose flour, plus mow for dusting
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 180ml milk, whole or 2%
  • 110g packed light brown sugar I teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
  • 60g confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk, whole on 2%

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the flour. granulated sugar. and salt until blended. Stir in the butter and milk briefly until a sticky dough forms.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon and apple.
  3. Place a piece of parchment paper 011a work surface and dust it with flour. Roll the dough on the prepared surface to ¼ inch thickness.
  4. Spread the apple mixture over the dough. Roll up the dough jelly roll style, pinching the ends to seal. Cut the dough into 12 rolls.
  5. Insert crisper plates in the baskets, line them with parchment paper and sprite the parchment with oil Place 6 rolls on each prepared parchment. Then, insert the baskets in the unit.
  6. Turn the dial to select BAKE. Set the temperature to 160'C and set the time to 5 minutes Press the MATCH COOK button to copy Zone 1's settings to Zone 2. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking in both zones.
  7. Elm the rolls and bake for 5 to 7 minutes mote until lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining rolls.
  8. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the confectioners' sugar. vanilla, and milk until blended.
  9. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
