Ingredients

  • Egg-1
  • All-purpose flour -120g
  • Espresso powder -1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cocoa powder - 50g
  • Brown sugar -160g
  • Vegetable oil - 80ml
  • Apple cider vinegar -1 tsp
  • Vanilla -1 tsp
  • Milk -180ml
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk egg, oil, vinegar, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk.
  2. Add flour, espresso powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir until well combined.
  3. Pour batter into the silicone muffin molds.
  4. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the muffin molds in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  5. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180℃, and set the time to 15 minutes.
  6. Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
  7. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
