Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Add the chopped cherries and dark chocolate chunks, and mix gently to distribute evenly.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Gelato' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
  7. Serve in bowls and enjoy the Chocolate Cherry Jubilee Gelato!
