Ingredients

  • oil for misting or cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Bob's Red Mill egg replacer
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 100g sugar
  • 30g self-rising flour, plus 3 tablespoons
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegan oil
  • 1 (150g) container vegan vanilla yoghurt
  • 60ml nut milk of choice
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Spray a baking pan with oil or cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, using a wire whisk, whisk together the egg replacer and water.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the air fryer baking pan and bake at 165°C for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
