Ingredients
- 450g chicken thigh mince
- 110g shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 large egg
- 60g pork rinds, finely ground
- 190g long-grain white rice, rinsed and drained
- 120g cut frozen green beans (do not thaw)
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 3 loves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix chicken mince, Mozzarella, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into four patties.
- Place patties in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes until they begin to firm up.
- Whisk egg in a medium bowl. Place the ground pork rinds into a large bowl.
- Dip each chicken patty into the egg and then press into pork rinds to fully coat. Place patties into the zone 1 air fryer drawer.
- Adjust the temperature to 180°C and air fry for 12 minutes.
- Patties will be firm and cooked to an internal temperature of 76°C when done. Serve immediately.
- In a baking pan, combine the rice, green beans, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Place the chicken wings on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the pan with foil. Make a long slash in the foil to allow the pan to vent steam. Place the pan in the zone

- Remove the foil. Set the air fryer to 200°C for 10 minutes, or until the wings have browned and rendered fat into the rice and vegetables, turning the wings halfway through the cooking time.
